Setting Your Goals:
- Your goals matter, while you have discussed quick a few with our team and your marketing coach. Be sure to dive into your goals in a more specific manner. How many loans are you looking to close this year? What does that look like per month? What lead sources are consistent for you currently?
- We advise writing down your goals when it comes down to the following
- Loans per month
- Leads per month
- Reviews per month
- Dials per day
- # of realtors spoken to
- And much more.
Building Your Foundation
Without a strong foundation online your pursuits will crumble. Here are few things you can do right away to strengthen your foundation.
- Google My Business
- Make sure you have one! If you don’t please create this ASAP.
- Drive as many reviews here as possible each month. You must ask for what you deserve.
- Also be sure to look credible here. Add pictures, start posting, and fill out your google my business with accurate information.
- Citation Consistency
- Take a look at all your business platforms. What are the Name, Address and phone number of each? How about the website link?
- Each one of these must match to ensure you play your cards right with Google’s Local Ranking Algorithm.
- Level Up Your Socials
- Remember your DMA health score? How you look online reflects what the consumer will believe. Take a good look at your Business Facebook and linkedIN.
- Make sure all your information is accurate. Ensure you have a high quality picture, banner, and compelling section about me. Do your part to ask for as many flowers and connections as possible.
- For linkedIN make sure to grab some recommendations and endorsements too for Proactive validation.
- Leverage Your Website
- Once live be sure to tell everyone about your website. Direct people to it in every opportunity possible. Marketing, Business cards, email signature and voicemail.
- Get Familiar with the free tools section of your website too as you can use these content pages as engagement tools as well.
- Strengthen Your Realtor Relationships

- Your ability to build trust and authority with your consumers is going to allow you to close more loans and be the preferred choice over your competition.
- How you build your brand comes down to the effort you put in. If you are doing any marketing (Which you should ) be sure to use your funnels throughout.
