Can you edit multiple Lead Funnels at once?

With our Form Builder, we made it super-easy for you to edit every part of each Lead Form to make it unique from the others. 

But if there's settings you want to make sure are consistent across a bunch of your Lead Forms, such as the Background color or CTA to make sure they're on brand at all times, you can use the Global Settings feature.

With the Global Settings feature, you'll select multiple funnels, and then any changes you've selected while the Global Settings feature is on will get those same changes applied to them.

To use the Global Settings feature:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

2) Click on the Purple Global Settings button at the top right corner (next to your account settings )

Here are instructions on how to edit the thank you page on ALL of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

2) Click on the purple Global Settings button at the top right of the screen

3) Here you will be able to toggle Global Settings Active/Inactive. (Turning Global Settings on will make edits on all forms). Here you will have the option to select which forms you would like to edit. Whether it be all of your forms or specific form. Click Save & Continue when you are finished.

4) Next, click on the edit button, below the Settings section you will find the  Lead Alerts tab to the right of the screen (it is located to the below integrations)

6) Here you will be able to input any information about the client you are wanting a lead alert from

7) Congratulations! You just learned how to use Global Settings to edit the Lead Alert settings on ALL of your leadPops forms :)

 

Here are instructions on how to edit the call-to-action message on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

2) Click on the Purple Global Settings button at the top right of the screen

3) Here you will have the option to search for forms by name, by forms type and by tags and will also be able to turn global settings to ACTIVE

4) Here in the Global Settings menu, you can select which forms you want to modify using the drop-down menus and square checkboxes. After making your changes, click the blue Save & Continue button towards the bottom of the screen.

5) Next, click on a form, and under edit you will find the Content section to the right of the screen (it is located between the Design and Settings tabs) Here you are going to find the Thank You Page

6) Awesome! You've made it to the Thank You page menu. Here you can edit all of the content on your Thank You pages for your leadPops forms. Or, you can choose to redirect to a third party URL when a lead completes their form.

7) Congratulations! You just learned how to use Global Settings to edit the Thank You pages on ALL of your leadPops forms :)

 

Here are instructions on how to edit the Contact Info on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

2) Click on the purple Global Settings button at the top right of the screen

3) Here in the Global Settings menu, you can toggle global settings to active, as well as select which forms you want to modify using the drop-down menus and square checkboxes. After making your changes, click the blue Save & Continue button towards the bottom of the screen.

4) Scroll over to the Edit Button, In the Content Section you will find the contact info section (right below the Call-To-Action button) Click on this button to make edits to all of your forms contact info.

5) Awesome! You've made it to the Contact Info menu. Here you can edit all of your forms' Contact Info! Just make sure all of the form fields are set to active. Also click the green Save button to save any changes you make.

6) Congratulations! You just learned how to use Global Settings to edit the Contact Info on ALL of your leadPops forms :)

 

Here are instructions on how to edit the call-to-action message on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

2) Click on the purple Global Settings button at the top right of the screen

3) Go to the Edit Button and scroll over to the Basic Info section and click on the SEO button. This will take you to where you can change the SEO settings on all of your funnels.

4) Here in your funnels' SEO menu, you can edit the SEO title, description, and keyword tags. Just make sure to set the form fields (that you plant to use) to active and click on the green Save button after you add your changes.

9. Congratulations! You just learned how to use Global Settings to edit the SEO settings on ALL of your leadPops forms :)

 

Here are instructions on how to edit the Auto Responder settings on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

2) Click on the purple Global Settings button at the top right of the screen

3) Within the Global Settings menu you will be able to toggle Global Settings on and off. (Doing so will make edits to all forms. Use with caution) You can select which forms you want to modify using the drop-down menus and square checkboxes. After making your changes, click the blue Save & Continue button towards the bottom of the screen

6) Next, scroll over to the Content tab to the left of the screen (it is located right next to the edit button and to the left of Design tab). Click on the autoresponder button directly below.

8) Here in the Auto Responder menu, you can edit the automated email that is sent to your leads (after they complete all of your form questions). Make sure to click on the green Save button in the top right corner when complete.

9) Congratulations! You just learned how to use Global Settings to edit the Auto Responder settings on ALL of your leadPops forms :)

 

Here are instructions on how to edit the Footer settings on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

2) Click on the purple Global Settings button at the top right of the screen

3) Here in the Global Settings menu, you can toggle global settings to active, as well as select which forms you want to modify using the drop-down menus and square checkboxes. After making your changes, click the blue Save & Continue button towards the bottom of the screen.

4) Next, scroll over to the Content tab to the left side of the screen (it is located to the right of the Edit button. Click on the Footer button its below the Contact Info button to make edits to all of your footers.

5) Here in your funnels' Footer menu, you can edit the primary and secondary sections of the footer on your forms. Just make sure to set the form fields (that you plan to use) to active and click on the green Save button after you add your changes.

9. Congratulations! You just learned how to use Global Settings to edit the Footer settings on ALL of your leadPops forms :)

 

Here are instructions on how to edit the call-to-action message on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

7) Here you can edit the Call-To-Action main message and description that appears on the first page of your form. Make sure to click on the green Save button after you add your changes.

8. Congratulations! You just learned how to use Global Settings to edit the Call-To-Action message on ALL of your leadPops forms :)

 

Here are instructions on how to edit the featured image on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here --  app.leadpops.com

 

2) Click on the purple Global Settings button at the top right of the screen

6) Next, click on the Featured Image button (it is located to the below the Background button) in the Design Section

7) Here you can click the Browse button to select an image from your computer to use for your featured image. After you have selected your desired image click the green Save button.

9. Congratulations! You just learned how to use Global Settings to edit the featured image on ALL of your leadPops forms :)

 

Here are instructions on how to edit the background settings on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

6) Next, go to the edit section of a form, and click on the Background button (it is located below the design section)

7) Click the Upload A Background Image checkbox, then click on the Browse to Start Uploading button to select a background image for your form.

7) Quick tip - leadPops recommends setting your background image color to the following settings (as shown in the example screenshot below) Make sure to click Save when finished.

  • Active Toggle - Green
  • Overlay Color Opacity - 60%

Here are instructions on how to edit the logo on all of your leadPops forms:

1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com

6) Next, click on the edit button, you will find the Logo button below the Design section. From there you will be able to upload the logo you want to use on your forms.

7. Now you will want to click and drag your newly uploaded logo into the Current Logo section.

8. Lastly, hit the save button in the upper right hand corner
