Here are instructions on how to view your invoices and access payment information inside your leadPops admin panel.
1) Log into your leadPops account here -- app.leadpops.com
- IMPORTANT: if you see the Fast Track To Success menu appear, click on the blue X at the top right of the screen (as shown below)
2) Once you're logged in, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen and from the drop down menu, select Account Settings.
3) From here, click the Account Payment Information option to access your invoice center. This will open a pop-up widow that will ask for your email address. It is important to note that you need to enter the email address that you signed up and paid with, as this email address is associated with your billing records.
4) After you enter your email address, you will be sent a one-time passcode to that email address. This is required to access the billing center. From here you'll be able to view your plan, change your credit card, access and download invoices, and update payment account details.
