We're always sad to see any of our customers leave, but if you decide it's time to cancel your subscription, you can start the process directly from your end by following these steps. We'll keep it simple!
How to Request Account Closure
To protect the interests of both our clients and leadPops, we like to document all account closures in writing. You may either email support@leadPops.com directly, or do the following:
- Login to your leadPops account.
- Once you're logged in, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen.
- A drop-down menu will open, click on the "Support" link.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Request Cancellation button.
This will send an email to the leadPops support team that you've requested to close your account.
*Note: Requesting cancellation does not confirm that your account has been closed*
What to expect next:
Your account isn't closed just yet.
We would never close an account with discussing "what's next" for our clients. Simply "pulling the plug" could lead to broken links, deactivated websites, and confused clients. In effect, this could be extremely detrimental for any marketing campaign.
Our support team will reach out to you via phone call to determine proper next steps.
By the way: we really care about our clients and the service we provide. Therefore, we will also take this opportunity to ask for a brief explanation of why you've chosen to cancel.

Subscriptions are offered on a month-to-month basis. You may terminate your subscription at any time; however, no amounts that have been paid for the Services will be refundable.
