Timeline: The timeline to launch this portion of your package is 3-5 business days from when we receive your completed checklist.
Checklist: We'll be sending you a Reputation/Email Newsletter checklist to fill out. A few tips:
- It doesn't save "as you go," so be sure to complete this in one sitting. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
- Check out our guide for how to build your Google My Business page if needed.
- Contact the support team for your CRM - they'll be best equipped to help you export your databases. We're looking for only names and emails - in an excel or CSV format.
- For the Reputation portion of the package: submit up to 200 past clients. Do a quick audit of the list and remove anyone who may have had a tough transaction.
- For the Email Newsletter portion of the package: submit up to 1,000 email addresses of past leads, clients, or your sphere of influence. This can be any individuals where you want to actively remain "top of mind" with them.
- For your review collection sites, start with your Google My Business page. If you're unsure of how to find your URL, use their guide to create a "short URL"
- Then, include any other sites you'd like. We recommend Facebook, but you can also do LinkedIn, Yelp, Zillow, or any other places you want to grow your credibility.
