What is a CRM?
A Customer Relationship Management software is a tool to help manage all of your leads and contacts.
Most CRMs also offer automated follow up services, which is definitely something we recommend. Your conversion rate from a "lead" to a "prospect" increases almost exponentially based on how immediately you can respond to a lead's inquiry. Don't waste precious marketing dollars because a lead was generated, but you didn't have the bandwidth to follow up. Instead, create automated drip campaigns that send out text messages, phone calls, and emails for you.
Below is a list of known CRM's that our clients frequently utilize and integrate with leadPops.
How to use this Guide:
Follow these simple steps according to each integration type:
**NOTE** Email Parsing, posting urls and API keys are only for use with "stock forms". Forms that have edited Q&A sequences MUST use zapier. Please see this article to learn more**
- Email Parser: Ask your CRM's support team for your email parser. Then, add the email parser as a "lead recipient" on your lead alerts. Instructions are here (globally) or here (individual funnels)
- Posting URL: Ask your CRM's support team for your posting URL. Email this and the name of your CRM to support.
- API Key: Ask your CRM's support team for your CRM's API Key. Email this and the name of your CRM to support.
- Zapier: Follow our guide here or send your login credentials to support. We'll need username/password for both Zapier and your CRM.
Don't see your CRM?
Not a problem! If your CRM isn't listed below, there are options. Reach out to your CRM's support team and see if they offer either a parsing email or Zapier connection, and then send the details our way. We can integrate with either of those tools.
A note about Zapier:
Many integrations are offered via Zapier.com. Zapier is a service that helps connect software. In essence, it's an "If this: _____, then that: _____" software. For example, you could set up a process that does the following: "If a leadPops lead is generated, then it'll be sent to my CRM."
A Zapier account is free to start, but in some instances you may need to upgrade.
You can either check out our guide on how to set up a Zap, OR connect with us to get a quote on hiring our team to do this for you. In many cases, we'll need your Zapier username/password as well as the username/password of your CRM to get the full scope and accurate quote.
