How Leads Flow from rebel Forms into rebel Convert

One of the most common questions we get is: "I got a lead — where does it go?" This article explains exactly how leads travel from your rebel iQ forms into your Rebel Convert CRM.

The Short Version
How It Works
When someone fills out one of your Rebel Forms, their information is captured in rebel iQ and automatically sent to Rebel Convert — where you can follow up, automate, and manage the relationship.

Step-by-Step: The Lead Journey

1. A prospect fills out one of your Rebel Forms (on your website, microsite, or a shared link).
2. rebel iQ captures the lead and stores it in your My Leads dashboard.
3. The lead is automatically pushed to Rebel Convert as a new contact.
4. You receive a lead alert notification (if configured — see "How to Set Up Your Lead Alerts").
5. The lead appears in Rebel Convert, where your automations and follow-up sequences take over.

Does This Happen Automatically?
Yes — once Rebel Convert is connected to your rebel iQ account, leads flow automatically. You do not need to manually export or import them.

Where Do Leads Appear in Rebel Convert?
New leads from Rebel Forms will appear in your Rebel Convert Contacts section. Depending on your automation setup, they may also be added to a specific pipeline stage automatically.

What Lead Information Is Sent?
The following information is passed from Rebel Forms to Rebel Convert:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Any additional questions answered on the form (loan type, property type, estimated credit score, etc.)
• The form the lead came from (source tracking)

Troubleshooting: Leads Not Appearing in Rebel Convert
Check that your account is connected
Go to your rebel iQ account settings and confirm that Rebel Convert is listed as a connected integration. If it is not, contact our support team via live chat.

Check My Leads first
If the lead appears in My Leads but not in Rebel Convert, there may be a sync issue. Contact our support team and we will investigate.

Lead came from an external source
Only leads captured through Rebel Forms are automatically synced. Leads added manually or imported from another source will not automatically appear in Rebel Convert.
