Conversations
The Conversations hub is your all-in-one inbox. It brings together every text, email, and phone interaction with your contacts into a single view. From here you can:

• Reply to incoming texts and emails
• Send outbound messages to individual contacts
• See all communication history in one place — no switching between tools

Pipelines
Pipelines let you track where every lead stands in your sales or loan process. You can create custom stages (e.g., New Lead, Application Sent, Pre-Approved, Closed) and move contacts through them as they progress. This gives you a visual overview of your entire book of business at a glance.

Automations
Automations are pre-built sequences that run automatically based on triggers — like when a new lead comes in. A typical automation might:

• Send a text within 5 minutes of receiving a new lead
• Follow up with an email the next morning if there is no reply
• Send a voicemail drop on day 3
• Notify you to call if there is still no response after 5 days
