Using Convert Power Dialer

The power dialer in your Convert account is divided in two workflows, accessible in the Automation section of your account, in the folder iQ - Power Dialer.

 

Workflow 1

This workflow is the entry point of your power dialer.

Simply add a the tag "power dialer" to one or multiple contacts. (You can assign that tag to all contacts during a contact import if they are to be enrolled in the power dialer.)

The first workflow will create the Call actions for all the enrolled contacts in your Manual Actions tab.
Conversations > Manual Actions

To start calling, simply click the button "Let's Start".

Workflow 2

Workflow 2 is optional. This workflow will leave an automated voicemail AFTER calling someone through the power dialer if any of the call dispositions are "busy", "no response", or "voicemail".

You will need to record your own voicemail in an MP3 format using your phone or computer, and upload it in your workflow.

Simply navigate to Automation > iQ - Power Dialer > 2.01 - Power Dialer - Call dispositions

Update the "Voicemail" module, and don't forget to save.

Your power dialer is ready!
