Keep your account in good standing by updating your card in the admin panel or online — no need to
contact support.
You can update your card two ways: inside your rebel iQ admin panel under Account Settings > Billing, or
externally at www.leadpops.com/payment using the billing email you signed up with.
Option 1: Update your card in the admin panel
1. Log in to your rebel iQ admin panel.
2. Go to Account Settings, then select Billing.
3. Choose Update Payment Method.
4. Enter your new card details and select Save.
Your updated card will be used for the next scheduled charge and any outstanding balance.
Option 2: Update your card online (no login required)
1. Go to www.leadpops.com/payment.
2. Enter the billing email you used when you signed up.
3. Follow the prompts to enter your new card details.
This option is useful if you don't have your admin login handy, or if someone else on your team handles
billing.
If your card was declined
When a payment fails, you'll receive an automated email ("We need to update your payment!") asking you
to update your card. These reminders will continue until the balance is resolved. If a card remains declined
and the balance goes unpaid for an extended period, your account can become past due — see "What
Happens If Your Account Becomes Past Due" for what that means for your website and leads.
