There’s no limit to how many Smart Lists you can create. But the more you create, the more tabs that appear on your dashboard.
To help organize your tabs, we gave you an easy way to edit, rearrange, and delete your Smart Lists.
To manage your Smart Lists, click the … (MANAGE SMART LISTS) button on the far right of the Smart List tabs.
A modal will appear where you can manage all your Smart Lists.
Rearrange Smart List Order
When you create a Smart List, it’s added to the far right of the Smart List tabs.
To change the order of your tabs:
- In your Manage Smart Lists window, click the Sort button to the left of a Smart List, then drag-and-drop it to its new place.
The order of the Smart Lists from top to bottom will appear left to right on your My Leads dashboard.
Edit Smart List Name
To edit the name of a Smart List:
- Hover your mouse over the (…) button to the right of a Smart List, then click the Edit button that appears.
You can include up to 100 characters, but we recommend keeping your Smart List names short to around 20 characters or so.
Delete a List
To delete a Smart List:
- Hover your mouse over the (…) button to the right of a Smart List, then click the Delete button that appears.
- On the confirmation that appears, click YES, DELETE IT.
Deleting a Smart List only removes it from your list of tabs. Any leads in the Smart List will stay in the system.
