We’ve integrated RRDB L!VE into your admin panel to level up your lead verification and scoring. This upgrade brings you better insights, more accurate contact data, and powerful financial indicators to help you prioritize your best leads.

🔄 Replacing Xverify with RRDB L!VE

RRDB L!VE is a direct replacement for our previous data verification tool, Xverify.

Here’s what that means for your account:

• All rebel Forms accounts previously using Xverify will now have RRDB L!VE automatically enabled.

• If Xverify was turned off for your account, RRDB L!VE will appear in your admin panel, but will be disabled by default.

• You can manage RRDB L!VE settings just like before—at the account or form level.

This ensures a seamless upgrade while maintaining your custom settings.

🔍 Real-Time Contact Verification (Included by Default)

RRDB L!VE checks every form submission for phone and email validity—giving you peace of mind that your outreach is targeting real, reachable people.

📞 What We Verify:

• PhoneIsValid: 1 = connected, 0 = disconnected

• PhoneNameMatch: 1 = name matches the phone record, 0 = doesn’t match

• PhoneStatus: CONNECTED, DISCONNECTED, INVALID, or UNKNOWN

• PhoneActivityScore: 0–100 scale measuring recent activity

• PhoneLineType: MOBILE, VOIP, FIXED_LINE, PREPAID, etc.

• EmailIsValid: 1 = deliverable,  0 = undeliverable

• EmailValidationStatus: Details like Verified, Disposable, SpamTrap, Bot, etc.

📶 Contactability Levels

Each lead is given a contactability score:

• Very High – Active number and name match; excellent contact chance

• High – Active mobile number; name mismatch or not provided

• Medium – Valid and name match; lower or inconsistent activity

• Low – Valid number, but low activity and name mismatch

• Very Low – Invalid or unverifiable (often VOIP or disconnected)

💸 Optional Add-On: Household Financial Indicators

⚙️ How to Enable RRDB L!VE

You can manage RRDB L!VE at the account level or per form, depending on your needs.

🔐 Account-Wide Activation

1. Go to Account Settings

2. Click Integrations

3. Select RRDB L!VE

4. Toggle Verification to Active

✅ This applies RRDB L!VE to all forms under the account.

✏️ Form-Specific Activation

1. Go to the rebel Forms admin panel

2. Click into a specific form

3. Select Edit, then open the Integrations tab

4. Toggle Verification to Active

You’ll then choose how verification is applied:

• Validate On Form – Validates email/phone as the lead is filling out the form. Invalid entries prevent form progress.

• Validate On Submission – Allows the lead to complete the form, but filters out bad data post-submission (no lead alert, won’t appear in My Leads or reporting).

You can enable validation for:

• Email, Phone, or Both
