Add a Note to a Lead

Sometimes you meet up with your leads for an event or you get an email from them and want to write down new information you learned about them. With My Leads, you can add as many notes to your lead and keep track of them in one place. 

To add a note:

  1. Search for your lead from the My Leads dashboard.

  2. Hover your mouse over their Name.
  3. Click either Quick profile to add a quick note or Full profile to open their whole profile.
    • From Quick Profile, click the + button on the Notes tab, enter your text, and click the ✓ button.

    • From the Full Profile, select the CREATE NOTE tab in the middle of the screen, and send your message that way.

No matter which method you choose, notes can include:

  • Up to 250 characters long
  • Special characters
  • Emojis

We’ll add the note to the NOTES section of their profile with the time and date it was added and who added it.

You can see them all listed there with the most recent listed first.


You can’t delete your notes, but you can edit them by hovering over the note and clicking the Edit button.
