Any time you add a note, send an email, text, or log a call through My Leads, we keep track of it so you know exactly when you last reached out and what was sent.

You can see this list from both their Quick Profile and Full Profile.

From their Quick Profile, expand the COMMUNICATION tab. 

  • You’ll get a quick look into the Communication History with the most recent communication first. The icons will let you know if it was an email, text, or phone call.

From their Full Profile, select the COMMUNICATION tab. 

  • You’ll get a full list of the Communication History with the most recent communication first.
  • You can filter the list by communication type using the buttons at the top.
  • To see the full message sent, use the expand buttons for each entry.
