Delete a Lead

Deleting a lead removes it from the system. 

NOTE: You can not restore a lead after you delete it.

To delete a lead:

1. Search for your lead from the My Leads dashboard.

2. Hover your mouse over their Name and click Quick Profile.
3. From their Quick Profile, click the Delete button at the bottom.
4. Click DELETE PERSON to confirm.

To delete multiple leads:

1. Filter your leads on the My Leads dashboard to those you want to archive.

2. Select the Select All checkbox to select all leads in the list.
3. In the box that appears at the bottom of the screen, click … More Actions, then Delete.
   
   
4. Click YES, DELETE # PEOPLE to confirm
